The John Clark Grill at PB Dye Golf Club features a large dining room and bar served by a classically trained chef, full-service kitchen, and friendly, professional staff. The Lounge is a comfortable place to gather after a round of golf. The John Clark Grill -- with an all-day lunch menu -- is a convenient place to grab a quick lunch before or after golf or during the business day if in the neighborhood. With hearty sandwiches and an amazing view of the golf course the Grill is also a wonderful setting to celebrate special holidays and occasions with family and friends. The John Clark Grill, bar, and full-service kitchen are managed by Executive Chef John Blackmer, who received his training at the renowned New England Culinary Institute.
