The Grille@PB Dye is much more than the name suggests – It’s the perfect place to have a quiet cocktail with a friend, a family gathering, or a full serviced wedding for up to 200 guests. Our qualified staff is here to fill your every request and help you plan the perfect event.
Our mission is to provide you with exactly what you need for your experience, and exceed, not just meet, your expectations. With our floor-to-ceiling glass walled restaurant, our outdoor patio that seats up to 50, and our newly renovated landscaped event patio, the views are unparalleled and our venue is unmatched.
Our menu packages range from $25 - $60/person, so we are happy to work within a set budget. In addition, our culinary team welcomes any challenge to design a custom menu, if you would like a specific cuisine or item that is not on our standard wedding menu.
Planning a wedding can be stressful and time consuming. Our professionally trained staff will work with you to plan every detail from your photographer to your DJ or band, flowers and wedding cake, plated or buffet meal service, bar packages, limousine rentals, special hotel packages and more!
